Yes — take your usual size. Pieces are made in S, M, L and XL. The cuts are deliberate and structured rather than oversized, so sizing up will change the intended shape.

Choosing your size
How to measure yourself
Chest: around the fullest part, under the arms, keeping the tape level. Waist: around your natural waist, where you'd wear your trousers. Inside leg: from the crotch to the ankle.
The most reliable check: lay a garment you love flat and measure it, then compare.
Where are the garment measurements?
Right here, in the size charts at the top of this page — and in the Size guide beside the size buttons on every product page. All measured flat; allow ±1cm.
