How can I pay?

Can I pay later?
Yes — choose Klarna or PayPal at checkout to spread the cost. Terms are shown before you confirm.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can before your order is processed (1–3 business days). Once it has shipped, it can't be changed.

How do I get the complimentary necklace?
When the clothing in your cart comes to £50 or more (the necklace itself doesn't count), the Chain + Pendant is free. Your cart shows it as unlocked — tap Add and it comes off at £0.
Shipping & returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from England. UK delivery is free; international rates are shown at checkout. For the US, Canada, Japan and South Korea, duties and taxes are already included in the price — no surprise fees on delivery. See Shipping & Returns for delivery times and other countries.
What if it doesn't fit?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a full refund — return it unworn, with tags. Full details on Shipping & Returns.
The pieces
Will sold-out sizes come back?
Pieces are made in limited runs. If your size is sold out, tap Notify me on the product page and you'll be the first to know if it returns.
How should I care for my pieces?
Cold wash, inside out. Hang dry. Do not bleach. Each product page lists its own care.
