Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels

Once a parcel has been shipped, Tomashko is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.
If your parcel is lost or stolen after delivery is marked complete, please contact the courier directly.

We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacements.
