At Tomashko, every garment is produced with precision, craftsmanship, and limited quantities. Because of this, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges under the conditions below.
We accept exchanges for:• A different size of the same item, if the requested size is available, or• Store credit if the size you need is out of stock.
To qualify for an exchange:• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition• All tags and packaging must be intact• Your request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item
Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If your requested size is unavailable, you will receive store credit equal to the full value of your original purchase (excluding shipping).Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future Tomashko release.
For hygiene and manufacturing reasons, we cannot exchange:• Used or worn garments• Items without tags• Limited-edition or customised pieces (unless damaged on arrival)
If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with clear photos.We will repair, replace, or provide store credit depending on availability.
